Cancer Liver

There is a new treatment of cancer tumors being used to treat inoperable tumors in the kidneys and lungs at Riverside. Radio waves are being used to heat up and destroy tumors. Doctors place a needle into a the tumor and the radio waves cause agitation of tissues. This friction causes heat which in turn kills cancer cells. This method is precise and direct and producing excellent results. Recommended only for patients who aren’t surgical candidates. Freezing is another option being used as well.
